Every supplier's paperwork in, current and approved.
Send each supplier one link. Their accounts or quality contact fills in your new supplier form, uploads the insurance and certifications you need, and signs your supplier terms. WorkZerk chases what is missing and reminds them before a certificate expires.

Sound familiar?
The new supplier form is a Word document
It goes out by email and comes back as a scan, with the bank details sitting in an inbox and the insurance certificate "to follow".
The certificate expired in March
Nobody noticed until a customer or an auditor asked for it, and the supplier has been delivering every week since.
Which suppliers signed the code of conduct?
Some signed last year, some signed the old version, and the only way to find out is to open forty email threads.
How supplier onboarding works in WorkZerk
- Step 1
Build the supplier pack once
Add the questions for your new supplier form, an upload for each certificate with its expiry date, and your supplier terms to sign. Save it as a request pack and reuse it for every supplier.
- Step 2
Send the link to the right contact
Add each supplier contact, or import your approved supplier list from a CSV, and everyone gets their own private link. No account, no password. For new suppliers, publish one self-registration link.
- Step 3
Approve what comes in
Each upload waits for you to approve it, or reject it with a reason that is emailed back. Reminders go to anyone who has not finished, and again before a document expires.
What you can collect from a supplier
- New supplier form: business name, business number and tax details
- Bank details, marked sensitive
- Contacts for accounts and for orders
- Public and product liability insurance, with expiry dates
- ISO, food safety, HACCP and organic certificates
- Product specifications and allergen statements
- Signed supplier code of conduct or trading terms
- Modern slavery or ethical sourcing questionnaire
- Category-specific documents, shown only to that kind of supplier
One report: who is current, who is not
The document compliance report lists every supplier against every document you ask for: current, expiring, awaiting review, expired, rejected or missing. Filter by tag and export it to CSV.
Reminders before a certificate expires
Require an expiry date on insurance and certifications. Turn on the expiring and expired reminders and the supplier is emailed 30 days before, and again after, until a new copy arrives.
Ask again every year
For an uploaded document with no expiry date, such as a signed supplier declaration, "Time to ask again" counts 365 days from the day you approved it and asks for a fresh copy.
Supplier terms signed by version
Your code of conduct is a versioned terms document. Each acceptance records the exact version, the time and a typed name or drawn signature. Publish a new version and you can email the people who signed the old one.
Bank details kept private
Mark the bank details question sensitive. The answer is stored encrypted, masked for your team, visible in full only to admins, and every view is logged.
One form, different suppliers
Ask "What do you supply?" and show the allergen and HACCP questions only to food suppliers. Everyone else gets a shorter form.
$9.95 a month, every feature included.
25 people can be onboarding at once, with no limit on how many you put through in a year. Colleagues who work in the account with you are $4 a month each.

Does a supplier need an account?
No. Each supplier contact gets a private link to their own portal. They open it in a browser, fill in what you asked for, and can come back later to finish. The same link is where a renewal request lands next year.
What happens when a supplier's certificate expires?
If the upload requires an expiry date, WorkZerk marks it as expiring soon, then expired. Once you turn the reminders on, the supplier is emailed 30 days before it expires and again 7 days after if nothing has replaced it. You can also prompt them for a fresh copy with one click from the Requests screen.
Does WorkZerk check that a certificate is genuine?
No. WorkZerk collects the document and the expiry date the supplier types in. A person on your side opens each upload and approves it or rejects it with a reason. Only approved documents count as current in the compliance report. WorkZerk does not check a certificate, business number or insurance policy with whoever issued it.
Can I re-collect a questionnaire or declaration every year?
Yes, for anything collected as an uploaded document. "Time to ask again" counts from the day you approved the document and emails the supplier for a fresh copy after the number of days you set, 365 by default. Approving the replacement starts the count again.
Is it procurement or accounts payable software?
No. WorkZerk collects and tracks supplier paperwork. It has no purchase orders, supplier payments, price lists or supplier scoring, and it does not connect to your accounting system. You can export what you collected to CSV.
How much does it cost?
One plan at $9.95 a month with every feature, including 25 active people. A supplier contact is active while they hold a link on an open portal, which they need to for expiry reminders to reach them. Above 25, each extra one is 5 cents a day, about $1.50 a month. Try it free for 30 days, no credit card.
