A new starter in Australia owes you a TFN declaration, a super choice form, bank details and proof of the right to work before the first pay run. A contractor owes you an ABN, a current public liability certificate and, on a construction site, a white card. Most businesses collect all of that by email, one attachment at a time.

Support is open 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week, Brisbane time (AEST). Brisbane does not observe daylight saving, so in summer that is 10am to 6pm in Sydney and Melbourne.
No. The plan is priced in US dollars: $9.95 a month, charged to your card by Stripe. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers, and every invoice can be downloaded from Billing.
Yes, two. The staff pack covers the TFN declaration, super choice, bank details, right to work, an emergency contact, and an optional Working with Children Check and national police check. The contractor pack covers the ABN, GST registration, public liability and workers compensation certificates of currency, a trade licence, a white card, a SWMS and bank details. Add either one as your own pack and change anything in it.
No. WorkZerk keeps the copy the person uploaded, the expiry date and the record of who approved it. Its AI check reads the expiry date on the document and flags it when it differs from the date that was typed in. You still approve every document yourself.
No. WorkZerk collects the paperwork around employment (tax, super and bank details, signed policies, licences) and every report exports to CSV. It does not run payroll, rosters or timesheets, and it does not connect to accounting or payroll software.
